Payment Methods. We'll send you a payment request via invoice from our payment processor. If you'd prefer to pay via SWIFT/bank transfer to our Australian bank account please advise us. Payments need to have been cleared into our account before we activate your service (or extend your service period).
Payments & Refunds. For monthly and quarterly plans there is no refund if you cancel your service early. If you cancel an annual plan, we'll calculate your pro-rata refund starting from the end of the current billing month. Refunds are processed back to the card used for the transaction.
Data Accuracy. While we use reasonable efforts to ensure the Data is current, we do not warrant the accuracy, currency or completeness of the data and to the full extent permitted by law exclude all loss or damage howsoever arising (including through negligence) in connection with the data.
Limitation of Liability. You agree that you will not hold us liable for any direct or consequential loss that you and/or another party attribute to us because of your/their reliance on our data. You agree the maximum total liability we have to you is any unused, pre-paid fees. You also agree that you will verify the information supplied via our API for suitability to your specific circumstances.You must sanitize data retrieved from our systems as it contains the original, raw, unformatted data sent by hackers. Failure to do so will result in damage to your system/s.
Jurisdiction. Should a disagreement arise which we are unable to resolve through negotiation, you agree to enter into arbitration in Adelaide, Australia and be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and subject to the laws of Adelaide, South Australia.
Service Level Agreement. If there is a service outage (outside of a notified service window) that lasts longer than 60 minutes we will add additional validity to your account equal to the amount of time the service was unavailable if you request us to do so.
Acceptable Users. You agree that you will not resell our data (in part or whole) or distribute it. The data we provide is for the internal use of the organisation/entity you represent and may not be distributed either publicly or in conjunction with a product or service you sell. Please contact us if you need the licence extended. Please note separate terms and conditions apply for reseller accounts.
Once you click submit we will send you a confirmation email (including the terms and conditions you just agreed to) and we'll start getting your account setup. Accounts do require manual setup (payment subscriptions and API access keys). We'll usually contact you within 24-48 hours of receiving your sign-up request.
